In line with the current Government guidelines and advice surrounding in person events we have created the following guidance which we expect our attendees to adhere to.
1. If you have any Covid symptoms you will not be allowed to gain entry, please stay at home.
Although many of the social restrictions surrounding COVID-19 have now been lifted, we have a duty of care to protect our guests and staff at our events. Therefore, if you have any of the symptoms related to COVID-19, we ask that you protect others by staying home. This includes if your symptoms are mild, if someone has had a positive result in your household or you’ve been told to self-isolate by the NHS test and trace app.
Along with the government guidelines to mitigate the spread of the virus, we will be implementing a two-way system at our events where possible. The entry and exits will be clearly marked, and we would appreciate attendees to our events following these instructions.
At this time all our event tickets MUST be purchased in advanced. This will allow us to keep the number of attendees at our events within our chosen capacity to limit the potential spread of the virus by acting on the appropriate advice given to us by the government. This will be reviewed on an event-by-event basis.
We have been working with the venue who have assured us that there will be regular cleaning throughout our event along with regular cleaning of their facilities.
Please use the hand sanitisers available and the bins where appropriate as well as washing your hands regularly. We have made sure that there are enough hygiene stations available within our event for you to use which will be sign posted.
We are working with the venue to ensure that the ventilation in the room is adequate, with air con available for us to use throughout the event.
7. Face Coverings.
It is encouraged that we ask our guests and attendees to wear face coverings. However, as this is no longer a legal requirement, we have made the decision to leave this up to the discretion of our visitors. However, we do ask that no matter the choice of others of whether to wear or not to wear a face covering, that individual choices are respected without prejudice.
8. Your Responsibility as an Attendee.
It is your duty to help minimise the spread of COVID-19. Please do take note of the following guidance and follow appropriately:
- Follow all relevant travel advice on the day of the event.
- If you feel unwell, please do stay away. Do your own risk assessment.
- If you have been told to self-isolate, please do so.
- If you gain any symptoms following the event, please let the event organisers know as soon as possible.
- Adhere to any COVID-19 safety measures at the event.
- Please follow all signage at the event and respect others wishes.
We will be providing a QR poster for track and trace purposes. We encourage you to scan this on arrival of the event although this is not mandatory.
